Gotham’s underworld is up for grabs, and “The Penguin” seeks dominion in second teaser trailer

Power is at its most volatile when in a vacuum, and with death of Falcone leaves Gotham’s underworld rudderless, many players vie for control.

And with the backdrop of Gotham reeling from the the flooding in end scene of The Batman, Colin Farrel’s Penguin seeks to be the new head of organised crime.

This, however, won’t be any easy quest, as nepotism and greed seek to oust his ambition.

And that’s where the uzi comes in.
